Diverslist is a scuba diving destination discovery platform that allows users to browse dive destinations, connect with other divers, and share their diving experiences. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

Information on Diverslist about dive conditions, marine life, and destinations is provided for general informational purposes only. Always verify conditions with local dive operators and authorities. Diverslist is not responsible for diving accidents or incidents. Diving carries inherent risks — always dive within your certification level and experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

Diverslist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service (if any).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
